The Huskies’ Speech Team placed fifth overall and brought home nine individual medals Nov. 12 at the District 211 William Fremd High School Viking Varsity Tournament in Palatine. The individual awards included two Varsity Tournament Champions and one JV Tournament Champion. 

The first-place varsity awards went to Olivia Lee in Dramatic Interpretation and Ezekiel Wells in Extemporaneous Speaking. Other award-winners included Alex Medina, William Cote, Simone Arvetis and Jude Kennedy.
