About 160 people gathered in Scoville Park on March 7 for a protest supporting a ceasefire in Gaza. The protesters, organized by local resident Rebekah Levin, gathered with signs that said “ceasefire now.” Cars honked their horns in support as they drove past on Oak Park Avenue and Lake Street. Oak Park and River Forest High School students joined the protest along with community members.
