Seniors gathered on the backfield before school May 13 to brandish their new colors, take photos and celebrate Decision Day, the deadline for most American high school seniors to commit to a college or university.
The event recognized the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 while also highlighting the variety of paths students will pursue after graduation. “It was cool seeing everyone’s colleges, and it felt very exciting seeing where everyone was going,” said senior Christian Kellogg, adding, “It really showed me the growth of a community within our class.”
As graduation nears, Decision Day served as one of the last opportunities for the class to come together and celebrate their mutual growth over the last four years.
